Morningware Halo Oven™ with Extender Ring - HO1200M-WR

I've had this oven for aprox. 60days. and have cooked in it almost You can't Imagine the time and energy I am & you could be saving by, using this remarkable product; the Halo-Oven. It's hard breaking old habits of: 1) Not having to take something out of the freezer to thaw, to "room temp." before cooking. 2)Not worrying about whether to thaw the food out on the counter or in the fridge. 3)A way to find out how much it cost to: pr-heat and cook in a 220-oven before the food's ready. 4)The total tme it takes, to cook a meal from frozen to eating. This is a super product !!

I used to have a Sunpentown oven which crashed a week after I got it. First the handle broke, and then it just stopped working. Was hesitant to buy another oven of that type. Then I read the reviews on the Wayfair, and took a chance. I love to watch it work. Everything comes out especially moist and tender. I sometimes use it just to reheat things instead of using the microwave due to recent concerns about the use of microwaves. I gave it 4 stars only because of the fact that you are supposed to flip the meat over halfway through cooking, but I did chicken thighs the other night and didn't turn them over, and they cooked just fine. Will have to see with thicker cuts. Love the cleanup, and so far, I am very happy with it.

Have had it about 3 weeks now and it cooks like advertised and it's actually fun to use because you can view cooking, baking, reheating 360 degrees. The only two things I dislike; 1. The dome doesn't tip on a hinge and has to be totally removed. I have seen at least one model advertised on TV that does tip over on a hinge. Also, DON'T tip the bottom forward, left, or right when removing the dome or any steam build-up can hit you in the face, left arm, or right arm. ALWAYS tip the bottom of the dome BACK !!! Another concern I have is the ON/OFF switch. You have to push it "real hard" and it makes a "I'm ready to break" noise. If available I'd purchase an additional 2 or 3 year warranty to play it safe. The cooking time chart is VERY GOOD but the cookbook is a little lacking. HAPPY COOKING AND BAKING !!!

Since getting the product,I haven't used my oven yet. Made a 12.5 lb turkey and got complaiments on how moist and juicy it was. I Made appitizers,shrimp,steak,roast,pie,veggies. It heats up quicker than my toaster oven,so anything I use to put in the toaster oven,I now use this.This product does what it says. The only con and this isn't even one, is that you have to be careful that you don't put the food to close to the element on top.It will burn your top if to close. If the extender ring is used then you don't have to worry at all. I'm buying another for a xmas gift.

This oven took the place of my Infrawave oven after the heating element blew out leaving it a high heat broiler only, with a blank selection pad and you have to watch it or cover it with foil or the food will burn. This oven lets you see your food as it cooks so you can walk away with no worry. It is very easy to clean and no cheap heating elements to burn out. I can not wait to cook my turkey in this oven and watch it cook! Which will leave my oven free for other items.
