Beware ordering returned merchandise!

Product Review

The recliner is comfortable and appears to be well-built; however , the recliner lever is too short, too tight, and is difficult to use. The leather seems to be of a very good quality. Otherwise, quite nice. I'd buy another one at the same price.

Service Review

This was a returned product, so I got a great deal on it! However, it took much longer to receive than it was supposed to. After calling CSN and the shipper numerous times and receiving misleading excuses related to "release authorization" and inspection scheduling problems, someone finally told me the truth. My chair had been damaged in shipping and it would take another week to repair it. To be fair, CSN gave me an additional 10% discount because of the situation, I just wish everyone had been honest at the beginning. If the deal is as good as this one was, I would probably buy from CSN again, but monitor the shipping dates carefully. Give ,em one more chance!
