Use for Years.. Works Well
Todd from Charlotte, NC
I live in Charlotte, NC and manage 30,000 square feet of fescue grass on a 1.4 acre lot, where I have lived for 15 years. This product works great at surpressing Bermuda and most weeds without harming the fescue. I usually mix the whole pint with about 25 gallons of water in my tank sprayer with booms and tow behind my Craftsman lawn tractor. Since I live in the transition zone here in Charlotte, where neither warm season grasses like Bermuda nor cool season grasses like fescue thrive all year this product helps. I apply this product generally once per month, in June, July, August, and maybe in early September. I also apply Ornamec over the top in early April to the little baby Bermuda heads coming out of winter dormancy. However, my lawn, which has no sprinkler system, is doing so well in 2013, that I had no Bermuda around at all in all of April and early May. I am only having a small amount of Bermuda showing up, less than 5 coverage of my lawn, so I probably will wait until mid June to apply my first dose of Turflon Ester this year instead of early June, and only to selected areas that have Bermuda. This product also takes care of most lawn weeds, but, it is too expensive to use solely as a weed remover for your lawn.

Been using this for years, and it is the only thing that kills that viney weed, as well as just about everything but our grass!

I think it might work as well but I just did once..and wait and see if it work good to rid of bermuda grass or not yet.. The problem I am not sure is because it say that the time is best in fall season.. so I wait for fall season.

Had Bermuda invasion in my fescue. Took care of it with one application. Easy to mix and apply with a sprayer
Good to find

But it didn't work on my Virginia creeper and violets as stated.
