Decent, Attractive Storage Cabinet
Beth from South Carolina
When it's put together it looks attractive and elegant. It does come disassembled and instructions are not good at all so expect some frustration in assembling, especially with trying to identify unlabeled parts from small instructional diagrams. I put this together myself in about 3 hours, although it would have gone quicker if I had had another person. Some of the assembling requires you to hold two pieces together while screwing one piece to the other and sometimes you have to do this deep inside the cabinet where there isn't a whole lot of room so if I had to do it again, I would definitely wait until I had another person to help. I believe the description reads that this piece is wood. To me, a wishful thinker, wood means that at least some components will be made out of, I dunno, real wood. But of course, it doesn't. It means just what you think - particleboard. The whole thing is made of that dreaded wood-chips-and-glue amalgam, and the backing is a piece of cardboard to make it look solid when the doors are opened. Even so, it is one of the nicer cheap pieces of furniture I've seen in awhile. The color is a rich dark brown espresso. (Incidentally, if anyone's trying to match the ClosetMaid organizational pieces that you can get from Wayfair, Target etc. this finish is close enough that it looks like a match.) I've only had it two weeks now so I can't comment much on durability but so far so good. Four stars for finished product appearance and generous storage space; loses a star for abysmal instructions and a moderately difficult and time-consuming assembly.
Good for its price
Irene from Astoria, NY
This cabinet is very good value for the price. The wood looks like it's good quality, and, once it's all assembled, the cabinet feels much more expensive than it actually was. It is, however, quite cumbersome to put together. I'm a newbie at assembling furniture and using tools (you will need a screwdriver, hammer, and some other basic tools for this) and I didn't feel it was hard, it just took a very long time. There are a lot of parts, and the whole back needs to be assembled by hammering about 40 nails. The instructions are just drawings, no text, but they aren't hard to follow. I don't agree with other reviews that say the cabinet feels flimsy -it will only feel like that if you aren't careful when assembling it. I didn't have any trouble with pre-made holes being in the wrong places, and a little bar soap helped with any stubborn screws. Overall, it was a very good purchase and I'd recommend it!

This is not the kind of furniture you'd pass down from generation to generation, but I think it will serve us just fine for many years. It was not that hard to put together. Just follow the directions. The drawer handles do not line up perfectly, but it's not so noticeable that it is distracting. We have it below our wall-mounted TV, and it holds the DVD player, laptops, printer, paper, etc. It did a lot to clean up the space. For the price, well worth it.

Just bought a new dining room set for our new Condo and needed something to hold wine and wine glasses, bottom open shelf is good to lay down wine bottles, next self up is tall enough for liquor bottles, middle is great for wine glasses, and top is good for on the rocks and other assorted glasses. it was a little difficult to put together instructions were in another language so I had to go by picture...J from R.I.
Blood, sweat, and tears

The beginning of building this cabinet was easy to understand. When it came to putting the magnets on the top of each of the three tiers...OMG, I almost threw this entire thing in the trash! For the life of me I could not get the screw to even go into the holes....I had to grab my electric drill! And I'm a tough cookie! It's cute, durable, but did expect it to be a little bit bigger. My husband loves it, so it stays.
beautiful, and HEAVY
Anne from Acton, MA
I think I'm going to love this in my foyer. This cabinet is just beautiful, nice finish and detailing, particularly at the price point. A lot of style for the money! This package was well wrapped, which is good, because it had gotten wet when the shipper left it outside. It was too heavy for me to get up the stairs. This meant I had to leave it in the garage till I could get time to bring it inside. I unpacked it in the garage, everything was dry, and I carried the pieces up separately. Particle board furniture is both heavy and fragile, so I think I will need to finish the assembly in its final location, and replace the provided plastic furniture sliders with larger ones, so I can move it for cleaning. Also, I don't think this piece could be moved to another house without being damaged. Pieces were numbered, and with patience I could follow the instructions easily. Some hardware was missing, and I had to wait a whole week for it to be mailed to me. :-( Not a smooth experience, and I haven't finished putting it together, but it's looking very nice.

Absolutely in love with this when I saw it and it looks even better in person. Great look and the price I couldn't pass. Look gorgeous with the rest of my furniture. Assembly is more than I expected, but not bad. As others had stated, pay attention to the leg assembly!!! Other than that, I LOVE IT!!

This product is exactly what I expected it to be. The instructions given to assemble it were clear. However, it would be great if extra parts that can easily break be added. For example, when mounted the cabinet doors, if the right plastic rubber that is placed to link the door to the shelf is not used properly and you tried to remove it, it breaks. With the right tools it can be removed and glued. Overall i am very satisfied
The Liquor Cabinet
Alicia from Greenwood, IN – Verified Buyer
This item was a little bit of a challenge to construct, but manageable. it is slightly top heavy, but comes with a tether for the wall. It was smaller than expected, but has turned out to be a great liquor cabinet. Color is rich and does not have a "cheap" look to it. I would happily buy this again.
Nice looking cabinet with lots of storage

Putting this cabinet together was a bit annoying for my husband. He's an accomplished carpenter and found many flaws with this cabinet. His suggestions: The back panels should be 1 full piece so you can lock the entire cabinet together to square it up. Have adjustable feet on the legs to help level the cabinet.
