- Adjustable temperature limit stop to control maximum hot water temperature
- Pressure balancing mechanism maintain selected discharge temperature to within 2 degrees
- 1222 cartridge design
- Cartridge built from nonmetallic/nonferrous and stainless steel materials
- Accommodates back to back installations
- Third party certified by CSA to meet CSA B-125, ASME A112.18.1M and all applicable requirements referenced therein
- Lifetime limited warranty against leaks, drips, and finish defects to the original consumer purchaser
- 5 year warranty if used in commercial installation
- Does not have a handle and is not suitable for outside showers

Noisy. Water flow has vibrating sound Product Review This Valve control the Temp Pressure but I could hear the noise of the vibrating water flow from the valve. I could here this noise from two rooms apart, speciall the room below the bathroom. So I had to install the soundproof insulation inside the drywall around the valve to reduce the noise. Service Review Install sound proof insulation inside the drywall( specially around the valve) |
