We were in need of a storage bench that would be used at the foot of our bed for storage of a comforter and/or blankets and to use for seating. Many, if not most, of the benches we reviewed were too low for our purposes. The Milano Leatherette Upholstered Storage Bench turned out to be just what we were looking for. The piece is the perfect height, high quality, looks good, has a lid that remains up until you lower it, and offers the option of having it sit flat on the floor or on short legs at each corner of the bench. The only negative is that as far as using it for seating, the bench is very hard---some cushioning in the top would have been nice."..."  Read more

We are so very impressed with this bench that we are getting ready to buy two more for the bedrooms. This is an awesome buy!! The bench looks a deep chocolate, and the leather has an expensive look and feel to it. It really does exceed my expectations. It is the perfect seating for two. I am a bit overweight, and two of us (full adults) can sit on this. If you need extra seating in your family room, this is the bench to get. We are using it as a place to store photo albums and as an extra seat and ottoman. This is really a great buy. Very, very sturdy and nothing to put together.
