I looked online everyday for months for the perfect bed. We have a SMALL mstr bdrm (11.5x13) but needed a Cali King. This was the perfect find! For those wondering like I did... from the floor to the bottom of the sideboard is 4-5inches, the side board is 9-10 inches wide & w/ our low profile boxsprings & 11 in thick mattress, it measures 25 in from floor to top of mattress. It is a perfect height for a small rm. It also brought in the modern look we wanted. I have used a mixture of black, white, red & silver bedding, making it masculine enough for my husband. As noted in previous reviews, the corner boards do not meet, but one of my blankets folded at the end of the bed covers them. I love it!"..."  Read more
