well, tough stuff is what this little power house of a mixer will do! My old mixer would have died during cookie dough mix, but not this mixer. I have used all the attatchments and my gravy was lumpless! eggs were whisked great! I have used this mixer VERY much this past month. It has 4 ridges underneath for different size bowl rests.
