Perfection! I couldn't be happier with the look, ease of use and quality of this fan. I have been shopping for ceiling fans for a while now, since we moved to a new home 6 years ago. This fan has been—and still is my favorite for our small kitchen. The contemporary look and clean lines are just right for a small space. It offers nice light and the jiggle-free fan is wonderful. |

Not crazy about the taupe blades If you can, get the fan with matching dark brown blades. The taupe ones look plastic (as they are). Otherwise, I like the low profile and simple design. |

Perfect answer for our kitchen. Installed in our kitchen . It is quiet, good looking, and most effective. This fan made using the oven a lot more comfortable. Simple style, maximum effectiveness. Don't know why we didn't get this fan earlier. |

Nice low-profile fan Product Review This is a nice-looking, nice quality low-profile fan. It operates very smoothly and quietly, it's sturdy, gives great airflow, yet it has a modern/transitional look that my electrician called sexy. Minka Aire fans are great! I now have two Minka Aire Concept II ceiling fans. The 3 blade design is sleek and hugs the ceiling. They are easy to install with good instructions. The best thing is they operate very quietly. I can sleep with it running in the bedroom. The only negative is that it uses an incandescent bulb that is not readily found on retail shelves. It should be made to operate with a regular incandescent bulb so one could use a dimmable fluorescent for energy savings. |

Very quiet and sleek-highly recommended I have a sun room with a low ceiling and wanted a flush mount fan with a light. This is the right choice - no one has bumped their head on it yet! |

Beautiful and Functional This is a great, contemporary style ceiling fan. I bought it for the entryway in my apartment, between the kitchen and living room, to circulate air into the kitchen. It works perfectly! It's extremely quiet even at the fastest speed. I looked at a ton of fans before choosing this one because I did not want one that had multiple light bulbs. You do sacrifice some light with this fan, but the look and performance more than make up for it, to me. |
