This is a well made and very good looking tailored leather bed. It arrived exactly when they said it would; there was no shipping damage, and assembly took about 1 hour. The bed is solid and I think actually better looking in person vs. the photo. This bed does take a box springs (the only thing I found lacking in the product description). I'd highly recommend this bed and think for the price, it's a great value. Your site was professional, responsive, available, and was able to beat another competitor's price. I'm keeping this website bookmarked.

A great, well-made bed. Very sturdy, bot not so rigid that you worry about the slightest movements breaking it. My only complaint is one I already knew about: no box spring. Most will find the slats alone to provide little support. I recommend sticking a sheet of plywood under the mattress and then you're good to go.

Bed is a heavy, sturdy piece of furniture. Very well made. Leather looks rich. Delivery was quick. No product damage. Ordered the bench to go with it and love that too.

This is an excellent buy. Quality product and delivery went very smooth. Customer service throughout the process was also excellent. Overall quality is very good, particuarly given the amount of the purchase. Headboard bent very slightly at top right corner but not significant enough to warrant sending the item back. All other parts (footboard, etc.) were in excellent condition. Coordinating bench is also a high quality product and was easy to assemble.

I'm extremely happy w/ my purchase of the Modus - Milano Panel Bed. Aside from being a wonderful piece, very well made, the shipping and delivery was great. Well packaged and not damaged at all.
