It isn't probably as sturdy as the ones you would spend $80-$200 on as you would imagine, but over-all I think it is a good product and will work just fine. I am totally happy with my purchase. maggie's mom from cape breton, ns, canada	5.0 7/11/2011 easy to install i use this in my jeep grand cherokee it fits perfect between the back seats and cargo cover so I didn't loose the use of the cargo cover, easy to initally install, and very easy to remove and put back when need be. only complaint is that it was missing a bolt and wingnut for the side panels so I had to find ones to fit but not a big issue.
