It is a good cage, with free shipping can't be beat and a good value but it is very hard to assemble even with a friend! No bolts is good but hoes are a bit off center, so it is difficult to stack together.

I saw these units being used at a cat adoption event and thought it was a brilliant idea. I foster cats, so I needed a cage to quarantine newcomers and sick cats for a minimum of 10 days. The cages are roomy enough to house two regular-sized cats and allow some exercise. Perhaps most important of all, there's less stress for the cats, since you don't have to bother them much when tidying up. The plastic pans are lightweight and easy to clean. The handy lower shelf holds extra cages, bags of litter and other cleaning supplies. Love the double doors on each cage!! Quality is sturdy and excellent. The box says tool-less assembly, but you'll actually need a rubber or plastic mallet to bang everything together tight. I liked this cage so much, I bought another!

Heavy Duty and easy to put together.

This cage is alot bigger than I thought it would be. Very spacious for my 2 ferrets. Very easy to clean. And now I dont have to worry about them escaping either. The only downside is the assembly. The pieces dont fit perfectly so I had to hammer the pieces together and it was a 2 people job. I read alot of other comments before on this cage and that was the only complaint everyone had.

I've had ferrets for 15 yrs and this is the best cage I've ever had. It is expensive but worth it. Love the doors that open wide. So easy to clean boxes. My 2 ferrets love the room and novelty of the 3 levels. Ramp covers come with the cage. I bought the ramp that leads to the floor from ferret,com. It also comes with a matching cover. I recommend you have a rubber mallet handy when assembling. Assembly is easy, but a little takes awhile. Some of the parts don't go together easily and thus the need for the mallet. The finish is nice, attractive and well done. Mine had several scuffs from shifting during shipping, but nothing I can't live with. Buy it, you won't regret it.

The "no shipping" was fabulous! Others charge between $25 and $30 to ship, and I found a 10% off coupon online, so the price was even better. They shipped very quickly. It is VERY heavy and took 2 guys to carry it to the door from the UPS truck, so you may need someone to help you get it in the house.

After spending over $200.00 on this product, I was extremely excited to get my ferrets into their new home. However, upon receiving the cage, I noticed that most of the cage parts were warped. A "no tools" required assembly turned into a "hammer for 3 hours to get the parts to fit together" assembly. Even now that it is together, the doors jam. The ramps also are hard to hook onto the bars and do not feel very sturdy. Other than that, the cage gives my babies way more space and is WAY easier to clean than a standard ferret cage. Bottom line is its a good design, but you may not receive something worth what you payed for.
