Midwest Pets Exercise Pen without Door in Black Finish - 55 - X

These are excellent to keep animals in an area. I have eight of them and love them. There are only pros for this product.

This product is great for puppies or small dogs. We use it as a temporay fence around the patio (we have two exercise pens) to contain our dogs when we don't want them to have access to the yard. We put in some short poles to the outside of the fence about every three to four feet, tie the top of the fence to the poles, and the bottom of the fencing fits between the patio slab and poles. The fence is short enough that most people can just sling a leg over to get to the other side. Or, you can use the section that attaches to another section with clips as a walk through gate.

I would like to see the wire a little heavier, but it's certainly adequate for my use. My guinea pigs can get outside safely and enjoy the fresh air. It's NOT tall enough to keep the bunny in but it would be fine for small breed puppies, too. I appreciated the inclusion of the three metal clips to keep it closed. I'd recommend it or buy it again.

We have cats and a very large dog, with the new puppy, we needed a safe, portable pen for her and this is perfect. Can be sized to fit any space indoors or outside. Great product.

This is a great pen for the price...very durable I was very surprised at the quality of the product for the price.

Pen worked as described. I was able to assemble quite easily. Puppy loved it! It arrived faster than I originally thought it would.

my small dog got out of it ...when we got home he was out running around ,the thing was still set up but he wasnt in it LOL dont kno how he got out of it ....he's a little jack russel; terrior

I just bought my second one, and combine the two, to have a larger pen. They're sturdy enough to be durable over time, yet lightweight enough that it's very easy to carry and move them around. Lack of a door is not an issue, since you can just swivel an end panel open, just like a door. And if your pet is little, you can just lean over the side and pick them up. For the money, these are really a great deal!

I took in a cat that gave birth to 6 kittens. I needed to keep them contained in a safe area of my house until they were ready to be adopted. The exercise pen was much better looking, allowed the kittens more room to play, and was easy to move for cleaning the area. It is now folded up and packed away for when I may need it again. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Until my new puppy could be trusted to be left unattended for a few minutes while I jumped in the shower or put a load of laundry in, etc, I needed a way to keep him safe and "contained". The answer was a pen/playyard where his peepad, bed and toys were readily available. I purchased this pen, which is sturdy and well made, and is very transportable as it folds up easily and isn't too heavy. He is so content to be in his pen when I have to be out of sight for short periods of time. Makes my life a lot less stressful - my puppy is happy and I can get thing done around the house. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone that can't watch their new pet 24/7.
