Midwest Homes For Pets Steel Chain Link Portable Yard Kennel
Perfect for my needs
Patricia from San Antonio, TX– Verified Buyer
Bought this for indoor use for my dog that just had knee surgery and had to be confined. Worked perfectly. Not too difficult to put together, took about 30 minutes.
Really good for the price.

It took me about 45 minutes to assemble it, but it is worth it. I have two Westies and they are doing great. I only wish I had read the instructions fully before I put all of the holding wires on the chain link. I ended up taking them off after I stretched the chain link. But it all worked good in the end.
Sensible Pet Containment

The shipment arrived quickly. The cage is made very well. Unfortunately, attaching, by wrapping the chain link around the frame and secure, will take several people and several hours. Once together, it's well worth the time and effort.
Everything is fine

Fairly nice and it was very easy to assembly. I like how sturdy it is. No problems. The order went well and the product shipped fine.

So far, so good; the kennel is "roomy enough" for our German Shepherd puppy who will likely use it, less frequently, in the future. A couple of the posts do not interlock well. Despite this, the structure is "sturdy enough," and will likely withstand long term use. It took my wife and me 5 hours to assemble, largely because the chain link fence kept tangling together, necessitating much time to "pull it apart" so it could be sufficiently wrapped around the metal posts. All-in-all, a worthwhile purchase.
Great Containment for my large American Bulldog
Thomas Ash from New Martinsville, WV– Verified Buyer
The shipping was fast. The box says 30 minutes to set up which I found a little misleading but if you look closely it says the frame takes 30 minutes to set up which is correct. It wasn't really that hard with my wife and 10 year old grandson helping. Actually took about 1.5 hours. We followed all the directions and the kennel is really well made and I feel safe leaving the big gal lute in it when we go to town. I actually used all 50 of the soft metal ties to secure the chain link to the frame for added security. A really good kennel for a fair price. I would buy it again.
Great size, great product!

-Owner of two American Bulldogs, weighing around 120lbs each, this product does not disappoint! Both dogs outgrew their crates, and this was the best alternative to keep in the house. Could be used outside as well.

love the purchase... easy installation. i like the durabilty. the cover could have fit over the top better. but other than that overall great experience.
Great kennel - not so easy to assemble

Works great now that we have it together. More than 1 person is needed to easily assemble. Also, be sure to assemble on level ground.
USELESS my Dog got out in 5 min.
mybookroom from arizona– Verified Buyer
My 70 pound dog put his weight against the bottom of the kennel and pushed the chain link away from the bottom of the frame and escaped in under 5 min. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. The chain link is put so that it is on the OUTSIDE of the frame thus making escape easy - this was not anchored or welded to the frame so escape was VERY EASY. This was put together well. No mistakes. THIS IS A VERY POORLY ENGINEERED PRODUCT which by the way takes many hours to put together.
