This item was shipped almost immediately even though it was probably midnight when I ordered. Arrived in just a couple of days. It did arrive with a small dent in the back bottom that does not take from the operation and is not noticable when mounted. I called Customer Service. Did not have to wait forever and actually got to speak with a live person. They immediately offered a discount for the dent or offered to let me keep it and use while they send another.
