Microplane Premium Classic Zester / Grater

This does what it is supposed to do and it does it well, what more can you ask of a zester And I love that it comes with the plastic cover.

I am pleased with this product. It works as it was meant to it was sharp. The online description is very accurate. I would recommend.

This zester is nice looking and does its job--I can zest citrus, spices, nuts, and chocolate. It is easy to use and compact for storing. It is easy to clean too.

This piece totally changes grating/zesting. It is SO much smoother than using an old school cheese grater or a knife. I thought it might he tough to clean but it's not at all. One note: I actually have two of these: one for garlic / savory things and one for lemos etc because I've found that using this on a clove of garlic does leave a slight odor on this even after washing.

I kept putting off buying one of these micro planes. Im glad I finally purchased it, works so much better and faster then zesting with a knife.

This is the first time I've ever used a zester/grater and I am happy with the performance.

I use this for garlic (makes a paste) for a smoother blend into my recipes and also for zesting citrus. I've been wanting a zester for ages and this one knocks my socks off!

When I used this to zest 10 lemons, I was really happy with how it worked. It got just the zest but not the pith and was very easy to use. Very sharp. This would be a good gift for a home cook.

I liked the grater for parmesan cheese and especially grating whole nutmeg. It worked well with zesting lemons and oranges without have to dig to get the zest off the grater, just brush it off.
