Microplane Premium Classic Extra Coarse Grater

Very nice, easy to use and hardy, most important very easy to clean.... Better than the one I already had.

As with all Microplane graters, this is a very sharp grater. It will grate anything, hard or soft, like a hot knife going through butter. The only con is the safety of this product. Pay close attention to what you are grating; if you don't you can easily cut your knuckles or fingers. I have done this several times with these wand-type Microplane graters.

My daughter had given me a microplane zester a while ago and I loved it so much, I used it for everything. But my cheddar cheese was too fluffy and did not mix well into recipes. This extra course grater is perfect for cheese and also grating apple into pancake batter!
