okay so... it's a great bag that expands. I think i got the medium size for the money savings... I should have gone bigger but i feared it would be too bulky. I should have gone bigger 'cause the ends of the loaf of sliced bread doesn't always stay square. Anyway, i've definitely reduced my plastic bag usage. I wear this bag everyday i go to work.
The two compartments on the front are large but it's not really nice to put small things in -- would require too much digging, so i've got a paperback book in 1 and a half roll of T.P. and vitamins in the other pouch.
I keep my wallet in the front flap zippered pouch every once in a while 'cause i don't need to open up the bag if i need it, also keeps it out of my pants pocket. So, a Highly useful bag, but i wish 1 of the compartments had a bunch of tighter spaces to put small things.
the only other gripe might be that it's not fully ergonomic. I throw it over my back when i run to the bus (the strap i keep as tight as possible) but i still find i could use a 2nd strap to hold it onto my back. have you seen those 1's that go from the strap to the bottomside of the bag? ... a 3rd point of contact would be ideal.
okay that's it.
Edit; this bag is made of a durable fabric, but it's not padded so it doesn't hold a shape... however that loaf of bread thing doesn't mean i don't put bread in there, i just don't pack the bag as full and it's uber fine. Loose papers or flimsy duotangs definitely need a hard binder to back them so they don't get crumpled."..." Read more
