It's pretty much as advertised, well built, but it is very large and heavy (internal mirror adds to the weight). I'd say, pre-measure and try to visualize it in its desired location. It also sticks out quite a bit, so if you hang it lower, it comes right over the faucet (not very attractive). We ended up rewiring the light fixture above it (moved it all the way to the ceiling) to accommodate this cabinet. Also, the wooden mounting bracket on the back does not allow flipping the unit (it opens left-handed) and feels a bit flimsy; the anchor screws provided are very tiny; also, it simply hangs onto a 1/4 grove in the provided wood bracket and could easily come off in an earthquake (if that's relevant in your area).
