Bill from Ontario, Canada	4.0 9/8/2010 Works in well on a condo balcony Our oven didn't sear ribs, chicken, etc. This sears nicely and the rotisserie takes a 3 lb. chicken easily for the two of us. To keep the bottom clean I've started putting a square of foil under the element tray - each use I discard the foil. Was this helpful? Yes / No

gh from Moab, Utah	3.0 7/19/2009 We have not used it yet. It is a gift. Why is the grill rack open so that the juices fall down on the elements? We have one where the grill rack is solid which burns the juices on it and they do not fall on the element and make it hard to clean. Also we are concerned that it may be a fire hazard if not continually watched. We have not used this as we plan to give it as a Christmas gift. Our electric grill took care of that and we're loving it!! Everything about it is perfect, except the clean-up--extremely difficult to clean after grilling.
