I like all the expensive cold cuts like Soppressata, genoa, prosciutto to name a few that are very pricey when prepackaged. I can find those [...] in bulk at a fraction of the cost. I have also been able to slice frozen meat so I do not have to take out and defrost the whole thing (this take a little more work getting use to but woth the effort) It is working great for me. This is definitively the closest machine to a professional one, for home use. Cleaning is really not that difficult, the blade does not need to come off every time as long as you sanitize it. First I wipe all food or juice from it by rotating the blade by hand then I go over again with a solution of 50/50 peroxyde and water.
