"Hi Larry, the normal dimensions of the slipcover are 32"H x 32"W x 36"D. Including the stretch of the item, it can fit chairs as large as 36"H x 43"W x 40"D. The corners will also stretch to fit different shapes of arms and chair shapes."Travis from Wayfair

The fabric is soft to the touch, has a nice-looking cordaroy design on it the stretch in the fabric gives it a more custom fit. The only down side is that the fabric seems to attract some lint.
