Useful, plus a thing of beauty!

This copper bowl is a beautiful addition to my kitchen! A copper bowl is the best way to beat egg whites, and you are less likely to overbeat them. I watched Joanne Weir using a Mauviel copper bowl for beating egg whites and I knew I had to have one!
