Mattresses

Okay, after much research, I decided on this mattress for its construction and price. I wanted an all-natural latex product for its hypo-allergenic properties, its long-lasting life and its comfort. That was the easy part; the hard part was choosing a product from a company of which I had never heard. Thanks to the few reviews here at Wayfair, I took a chance which I will never regret! I have a pillow-topped Tempur-pedic mattress which I sleep on; this latex mattress is for my daughter. My mattress was easily 3 times the cost; her mattress is noticably more comfortable. Nuff said. I did not notice any odors upon opening it. All the corners rose properly (in under 3 hours). The bamboo-ticking has the feel of fine linen. I bought a Q size mattress without box-spring for my platform bed. It came with a mattress cover. Mattress is comfortable had a good sleep. The problem I have with this one is it stinks. I hope the odour will go away eventually. 4 stars because of the odour."..."  Read more

I am pregnant so sleeping on our old spring mattress was getting painful. I wanted Latex because of the benefits over memory foam. I am very happy with this mattress. At first we were skeptical because the mattress comes rolled up and doesn't seem to be 10", but once you open it it fluffs out (I measured the next day to make sure) and is very comfortable. You need to give time for the smell to disappear but that is all the latex and foam mattresses. Just so you know the box spring does need to be put together so make sure you have a power drill! Took the mattress out of the box that afternoon and let it gain it's shape till later that night. Had a good nights sleep and have enjoyed every night since. I will probably end up getting an additional topper just because I like really soft mattresses, but it is good right now. Cannot beat the price, and if for some reason I have to replace it in the next couple of years that is fine because it was a 1/4 of the price of my last mattress, which only lasted 9 years before loosing support in certain areas.
