I bought two of these mattresses for my children's room and am happy with my purchase. I liked the price and that the foam used is supposed to be less toxic. I had researched organic, natural latex mattresses and the cost was astronomical! I feel these were a good compromise given our budget. There was an odor when we opened these although nothing as nasty smelling as a memory foam mattress topper I had purchased years back. We let them air out for a couple of days before putting them in the room. I probably should have let them air out for a week because there was still a slight odor in the room if the door was closed for the next week or so. The mattresses seem fairly comfortable and supportive. They're not at all bouncy like an innerspring mattress nor do they conform as much as memory foam. They're comfortable enough that my husband and I are considering purchasing one of the thicker versions of this mattress for ourselves. That being said, neither of us suffer from back pain nor are we terribly picky about the firmness of our mattress."..."  Read more

I wanted a tempur-pedic type mattress without paying the ridiculous price.Well, I have to say that this mattress is just fantastic! It came rolled into a very long narrow rectangular box and, once opened, blossomed into the nicest mattress I have ever owned! I ordered an Eastern King and after a full month on it, I can say that I do not regret my choice. It seems soft when I sit on the edge while getting dressed compared to my old coil spring mattress. I have learned that I must sit further back. However, I sleep like an angel and as a back sleeper, I pull my pillow out and sleep flat with no pain at all in the morning. Took the mattress out of the box that afternoon and let it gain it's shape till later that night. Had a good nights sleep and have enjoyed every night since. I will probably end up getting an additional topper just because I like really soft mattresses, but it is good right now. Cannot beat the price, and if for some reason I have to replace it in the next couple of years that is fine because it was a 1/4 of the price of my last mattress, which only lasted 9 years before loosing support in certain areas. One of the components had a screw hole undrilled but I got a replacement part quickly enough. The daybed is good and meets my requirements - just wanted a really light daybed without a trundle.
