Mattress Pads and Covers

I love this mattress pad. It is soooo comfortable. It makes my bed even better to sleep in. Because it is cotton it doesnt make you sweat which was what I was looking for. Will buy this product again but in a smaller size when my kids get their big kid beds. The only negative thing I have to say about this is that the material that goes around the mattress (the elastic) is very delicate and can break easily. The first time I went to wash it, I removed the mattress pad from the mattress and it tore. It hasnt torn anymore because you need to remove it from the bottom of the bed. This one is our 2nd. We purchased it for our Queen size foam mattress in our trailer since the 1st one has been so great on our King size foam type mattress in our home. I am sure it will deliver the same great quality. Our Spring and Fall weather here in good old Ontario, CANADA can get very cold at night and to be able to jump into a nicely warmed up mattress, like we have been doing since we purchased our King size mattress pad for most of this Canadian winter, is something to look forward to this upcoming trailer season. If I am able I will update when we actually get to use this one but in the meantime we are thourghly enjoying our nicely warmed up bed this winter each night just fine. This waterproof mattress pad was purchased for a twin bed when we moved our two year old into his "big boy bed." The second night he slept in his bed he got sick all over the place and I was thrilled to see that the mattress pad protected his brand new mattress very well. It's difficult to find a mattress pad that is all cotton, including the internal padding. And when you do, they're often really expensive. This one is all cotton but won't break the bank. True, it's not as thick as you might expect, but it works fine, lays nice and flat, doesn't clump after washing, and looks good.
