The comfort level was amazing, and you can position the massage pillow in many different ways making sure you can get a full back massage! Also the controls are what we loved best about it, easy to use and simple! I also love the feature of the extra padding you can use to change the style of massage... if one wanted a harder, deeper muscle massage you only need to remove the padding and it works on a whole new level! We like the massager. It's really heavy duty and the variable massage rating is great. It does a great job for 2 people massaging each other. This is really built to last a LONG time! "Heavy duty" means just that: it's heavy and powerful and is intended for an office or professional environment. It's not for the average home use - which is what we have. It's really trick for a single person to massage their neck or back because it's so large and heavy. For personal or occasional use buy a smaller, lighter version. The only reason for 4 stars is we picked a heavy duty model when we should have picked a lighter, more personal model. For heavy use, I would rate it a 5 star."..."  Read more
