I have had a chronic problem with stress tension in my upperback, neck, and shoulders. My chiropractor recommended a massage chair. I wanted one with the rolling action that I felt on the chiropractor's massage table but I didn't want to spend 2-6k for it! Also, it had to go in my living room and most of the chairs were, I thought, ugly and looked like barber chairs. This chair is beautiful and the massage actions really work as advertised. Only con is that it doesn't go down far enough for the sacroliac, but if I sit on a thick pillow and pull my knees up, it even reaches there.
