I have had a chronic problem with stress tension in my upperback, neck, and shoulders. My chiropractor recommended a massage chair. I wanted one with the rolling action that I felt on the chiropractor's massage table but I didn't want to spend 2-6k for it! Also, it had to go in my living room and most of the chairs were, I thought, ugly and looked like barber chairs. This chair is beautiful and the massage actions really work as advertised. Only con is that it doesn't go down far enough for the sacroliac, but if I sit on a thick pillow and pull my knees up, it even reaches there. This product came with the massage connectors not put together. There was no instruction on how to connect the tubes to get the thing to work. I have a great husband who was capable of putting it together. One of the little connectors broke within 3 days of delivery. My husband was able to repair it. If it wasn't so comfortable and decent looking it would be a real pain due to the unexpected issues.
