Instead, everything seems high quality: the frame looks and feels really nice and well built. As always, before writing on a chalkboard, I smeared the entire surface with a chalk, holding it on its side, so no scratch can happen. After that, I wiped it clean and wrote my first special. We draw pictures and he identifies them and he also "writes and draws" himself. I don't think it's sturdy enough for classroom use but it's perfect for home use. It's a little bit hard to clean but not impossible. Overall, it's good value for the price. I researched other websites and this was the best price I could find.
