From Marie's Sweet Celebrations series of Keepsake dolls, "My Heart Belongs To You" is a romance-themed doll. She has blonde hair, blue eyes and is dressed in a deep pink dress with a net skirt. Black lace trim extends part way down the skirt from the waist and is repeated again at the sleeves. Her bodice is black with multi-colored hearts. A matching head piece accents her hair. She comes holding a chocolate cake with a candle on the cake that has a small LED light so that it can light.
