Very Good Product I am soooo glad that I made this purchase. About a month after buying this bike I broke my foot. After about a month, the doc said that I could start back doing some cardio...with limitations of course, like no running. However using this bike was perfect. I flipped the petal over upside down and propped my boot on that and petaled with my good foot. I usually will ride the bike without shoes, its more comfortable for me that way. The bike is super quiet and it was easy enough to assemble. I have lost alot inches/weight! I try to use it at least three times a week for ninety minutes ( I started with thirty minutes and just keep moving up as I felt comfortable). I also will do speed intervals for about a minute or two for each ten minute segment. I will speed up really fast like for a speed of twenty and when I am not going too fast I keep it steady between thirteen and fifteen with a resistence of like three. The bike has monitors for time, speed, calories burned, etc. When I got back to work after being out for like six weeks everyone said that they noticed that I have lost weight. Keep in mind I hadn't starting exercising consistantly with the bike until after week four...so that's like two weeks of consistent cardio! I did do upper body exercises with weight during that four week period (also push ups and sit ups). The scale did NOT say that I had lost weight when I had began receiving the compliments, however my clothes fitted me better. The seat on this bike is good and it doesn't hurt my bottom. I also my use hand weights while using this bike for a great upper body work out as well. Hope this helps. |

Flimsy The bike seems flimsy, but is adequate for a budget minded person. No bells and whistles, but the price is fair! |

Well worth the money I had neck surgery several years ago and after trying other exercise bikes I realized I needed a recumbent bike so my neck would not be strained while I worked out. This bike is an excellent value. It was easy to assemble although there are a couple places, when assembling the handle bars you need an extra set of hands, I did it myself. It is lightweight enough for me to move easily from room to room depending on what I am doing while I exercise. The seat and arms are wider and it doesn't take up a lot of room. It is sturdy and has wonderful read outs. Basic but very well worth the money and just what I needed! |

Just the thing you will need to get off your behind and move a little. Product Review You get a lot for your money. Easy to put together for this woman. Just take your time. The seat section has a little give to it even with all the bolts tightened, but that's arlright. The resistance is excellent. It is light but stable - it really doesn't take up much room and looks fine in my bedroom under the windows. I move it around: facing the window, facing the TV. Oh, it is quiet. The only tricky part is hooking up the tension wire - you'll need a second set of hands. Shop around for the best price - it varys. Wayfair had the best price. Service Review When it is delivered though, FedEx will drop it where it is convenient for them b/c it is heavy. Track it and make sure you are around (or someone else) when it delivered all it will walk away. |

Love my bike Delivery was quick as usual. From the comments I read, I thought I would have problems putting the bike togerther but it was a breeze. I am a 60 year old woman with a back injury (hence the bike) and I was able to put it together by myself. I works great,is silent and I can watch TV while exercising. Love it! |
