I was hopeful I could get hours of use from this ever week, but I have yet to find a way to keep it from sliding. I've tried it on carpet, linoleum, tile ... and it just kept sliding. We built a home gym and used interlocking rubber tiles as flooring, so I grabbed an extra piece of that and it helped, but the tile isn't locked to the floor so there's still slippage. So I can't just mindlessly pedal ... I have to keep stopping to pull the machine closer to me as it keeps sliding away. Very frustrating.

I've looked for economical ways to increase my strength and endurance while maintaining little need for upper body mobility. While in physical therapy, there are lots of options, but in between I loose what had been gained. This is small, strong, yet has the capacity to know you've done some work. Best of all, the cold of winter no longer interferes with my progress. No matter how my arms and back are doing, I can sit in a well supported chair and exercise. My legs and respiratory system gets a workout. At age 62, and on disability, I needed affordability, ease of use, and I have found it!

Not worth it.

Not what I expected, keeps moving when trying to peddle. Have to brace it to keep it from moving. Was easy to assemble.

Great product, simple assembly and very user friendly. Affordable pricing! This product was purchased to be used at work during my breaks to work on my upper body (large arms). I have shared this product with several of my co-workers. I am really looking forward to many positive results in the future.
Its alright. Not good on bare floors

Note to MFR The baring area where you pedal it is not very stable creaks on the floor. We had to get a non slip pad under it to stop it from creaking make it more stable.
