Very Good Product
focusnatasha from N. Carolina
I am soooo glad that I made this purchase. About a month after buying this bike I broke my foot. After about a month, the doc said that I could start back doing some cardio...with limitations of course, like no running. However using this bike was perfect. I flipped the petal over upside down and propped my boot on that and petaled with my good foot. I usually will ride the bike without shoes, its more comfortable for me that way. The bike is super quiet and it was easy enough to assemble. I have lost alot inches/weight! I try to use it at least three times a week for ninety minutes ( I started with thirty minutes and just keep moving up as I felt comfortable). I also will do speed intervals for about a minute or two for each ten minute segment. I will speed up really fast like for a speed of twenty and when I am not going too fast I keep it steady between thirteen and fifteen with a resistence of like three. The bike has monitors for time, speed, calories burned, etc. When I got back to work after being out for like six weeks everyone said that they noticed that I have lost weight. Keep in mind I hadn't starting exercising consistantly with the bike until after week four...so that's like two weeks of consistent cardio! I did do upper body exercises with weight during that four week period (also push ups and sit ups). The scale did NOT say that I had lost weight when I had began receiving the compliments, however my clothes fitted me better. The seat on this bike is good and it doesn't hurt my bottom. I also my use hand weights while using this bike for a great upper body work out as well. Hope this helps.

I love this bike. They interchanged a couple of washers but that didn't really matter. The so called 25 pieces includes the tools and screws. Yes tools. It came with the wrenches and screwdriver- allyn wrench combo. There are really only 12 major pieces to put together and I did it myself in just under an hour. I usually put things together myself, but this was not at all diffcult. The hardest part is hooking up the tension assembly, but even that I did just by adhering to the instructions. And the computer even came with the batteries! I tried the bike out as soon as I had it together and it was a very smooth ride. The pedals have a tread pattern so I will be wearing shoes from now on because my feet hurt after 10 minutes without them. It is virtually silent and the tension is very easy to adjust. I wasn't sure where I wanted it. I stated at 5 and went down to 3. I am obese and out of shape so it was a really good workout for me. I hope to increase my time and tension soon. I will definately be using this often The seat is so comfortable I felt like I could be on all day. Too bad my legs felt the burn! I have already reccommended the bike to my mom. She will be coming to see if it will go small enough for her (she is only 5'2"),. I really hope she enjoys it as much as I do becuase she will be looking to buy it as soon as it's back in stock!

No bells and whistles, but it works as it should. Granted, it doesn’t have a builtin heart rate monitor. But I prefer using an external one anyway. Adjusting the resistance is easy, though it doesn’t allow for fine-tuning. Unlike some other bikes I’ve tried, the lowest level of resistance is so easy that it’s almost relaxing. It fits quite well in my small apartment, is basically noise-free, and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I wish there were a way to measure cadence, though. Unlike pulse, it’s not something which can easily measured by another device and since it doesn’t have an actual wheel, most third-party cadence sensors wouldn’t work anyway. I might eventually move on to another model, with more features, but exercising from home is more of a game-changer than a gym subscription.
Great recumbent bike!

Set up was fine--- mechanics are great and I purposely didn't purchase a bike with all the unecessary bells and whistles. I just wanted one that pedaled, and got my body moving. I like the manual resistance knob-- less chance for some electronic thing to go wrong. It's comfortable, supportive and exactly what I was hoping for. Don't expect a gym quality bike--expect a machine that simply gives you a nice workout.
Marcy Recumbent Bike Bargain!

Purchased this bike knowing it had been returned by first buyer. It was in perfect condition and I got it at half-price. I was in the right place at the right time, I guess! The previous owner had started to put smaller pieces together and decided it wasn't what heshe wanted in a bike because most of the parts were still wrapped up in the original protective covering. It took me one evening and a morning to put it together. It is fantastic in that it lets me exercise with absolutely no noise from the bike. It is comfortable and can be easily expanded for someone with longer legs than me in our household. Loved the free shipping, too!
Overall A Very Good Deal...

For the price paid $139.99 including shipping I am a happy camper. Not difficult to assemble in around an hour for the average Do It Yourself person. Only complaint is the bottom seat cushion should have been made longer by about 2 1/2 inches. I turned the lower seat around as suggested by another review and also turned the back rest upside down which improved seating. I even went a bit further and welded tabs on the frame to move the lower cushion back about an inch which made an improvement. I purchased this exerciser for my petite mother who is in her 90s and she says it is now very comfortable. She does a mile a day on the lowest setting. Very quiet, very good quality and overall a very good deal from wayfair.
A Steal of a Deal!
Laurel Ennis from Surrey, BC Canada
This is one sturdy, well designed bike. It even fits a big girl like me. I'm over the posted weight limit, but it doesn't seem to mind too much. The seat is okay, I wouldn't go so far as to say "comfortable", but okay. I had to do a little adjusting of my posture until I found a comfort zone, but once I did I was fine. It doesn't lean too far back as some bikes do which is nice. It is silent and does what you want it to. Unless you're training for the Olympics, this bike will do what most exercisers want, to burn a few (or many) calories in the comfort of your home. It's also smaller than a lot of bikes so it tucks right into a corner of my home office. I stop every so often and put in another 10 minutes on it. So easy to do. No more excuses! A steal at this price!
Great deal...Great bike!

I love it! I'm a big woman and it works just fine for me. The seat is comfy and the back doesn't recline so much as to be awkward. It is silent and sturdy. The feature I really like is that when you start the day you can go to "Time" on the monitor and set it for your daily (or weekly) goal (my daily goal is 60 minutes). Then you can get on and ride for a little bit here and a little bit there and it counts it down automatically so you can see how many minutes you have left to go. Great feature! I love this product. There's a reason why it's the 2nd most favourably reviewed recumbent bike out there. (The 1st is a very expensive bike)
just what I needed

Easy to put together. I did it by myself in just about an hour. The display screen doesn't offer much but I really just use it for time and speed. Also it is very light and doesn't take up too much room.
