Not Bad from Michigan on 06/22/2014 – Verified Buyer
I'll tell you right now that there are better benches out there-if you're willing to pay $200. However, for the money, this is a good bench to have. Pros: The price. It's under $100. It's pretty sturdy. It doesn't have the rickety feeling that you would get with some other benches. I'm a pretty big guy but the thing didn't move while I was doing decline situps. Lightweight. It's only 25 pounds, so it's easy to pick up and put wherever you want to lift your weights. Cons: Weight capacity. It's only 400 pounds, and that includes your body weight. I haven't had a chance to test the limits on this yet. I'm hoping the 400 pounds is merely a suggestion, as I weigh 260 pounds and can bench far more than 140. :) Gap in the middle. There's a gap between the seat and the rest of the bench. When I want to do decline situps, it gets in the way. I slapped some padding on it so it's not as bad an issue now. Very low bench. The leg portion only goes up to about 20 inches, so it's quite low to the floor. If you buy a cage or squat stands to use as a bench press, you'll have to make sure that they go low enough so you can reach the bar from the floor. Anyway, for the price you can't beat it. If you can afford something better, I'd recommend the Valor benches or the Bowflex 5.1 as they have a better weight limit and can withstand a little more action. But if you're on a budget, this is the bench for you.

Loved it! from Canada on 10/12/2014 – Verified Buyer
It's definetely a bang for your buck. PROS: It's bigger than it looks on picture, but just the right size. It's confrotable enough, but for the price, you just can't go wrong. As far as aesthetics, it looks pretty neat. CONS: When performing some exercises (especially ''dumbbell lying rear lateral raises'') the bench sometimes moves, wich means the legs don't have enough grip for my liking. I fixed this by just putting something heavy in front of the rear leg. In general it's a good bench, i don't regret buying it.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! The assembly definitely requires two, but it was worth every bit. Very sturdy and the adjustable back is perfect!

Good bench from Furlong, PA on 02/18/2015 – Verified Buyer
I'm 5.9 and a little bit of my head goes over the bench when laying flat. It's a low bench too but definately a solid one. It's light and easy to move. Good for the price
