hodgins from Ottawa	2.0 10/15/2012 Poor quality toilet seat We have two of these toilets. Very happy with the design, flushing etc. But....both toilet seats have come apart at the hinge. Spoke with vendor who sold us toilets and they are not able to get satisfaction from Mansfield to replace seats which are under warranty. Toilets are just over a year old. Never had problems with seats breaking away from hinges in the past. There are 3 people in the family and 3 bathrooms so these toilets don't get abused. If Mansfield serviced product better, we would give better rating. Now in our 4th month waiting for a warranty replacement. Was this helpful? Yes / No
