On time and very polite. We did pay of assembly (around 60.00) and the peice came fully assembled. I was not able to recoup this cost upon calling the supplier. Paying for assembly should not be an option for pieces that are delivered fully assembled.

We love this armoire! We purchased it primarily to have place to hide the TV, but also to fill a large wall in our master suite. The interior space is MUCH larger than we expected - it actually fits a 46 inch TV very nicely, along with components like the cable box and DVD player. The drawers are roomy enough for linens and extra blankets (as long as they arent too bulky). The wood is less distressed than the pictures indicate, but we prefer it that way. My only complaint is that the interior shelf only connects to the sides of the armoire with no middle support. Given the length of the shelf, that means that any significant weight will cause the shelf to bow. We initially had the TV sitting on the shelf, but quickly realized it wasnt a good idea. We used something else to raise the level of the TV and put the shelf above it - which means we probably wont get much use out of it. Nonetheless, the storage space is great, it functions wonderfully for our purposes and it is a beautiful addition to our room.

Perfect for 40" Samsung LCD in the living room. Just enough room in the cabinet to not lose any screen from every viewing angle. Would be looking at a very sharp angle before you lost any view of the screen. Nice, dark, very classic looking armoire. Fits nicely in our corner, but would also look great on a flat wall. Delivery was on time and they unloaded it in perfect condition. Have it loaded with components and speakers on either side, and it makes them look nice. Happy buyer, would buy again!

I really love my armoire. It looks very nice in my bedroom. The lighting in the online picture doesn't truly depict how the armoire looks in my bedroom due to a lighting difference. I'm not sure how many people have "showroom" lighting in their bedrooms. Perhaps it would have been better to take the picture in natural light. The armoire does not look as grainy as I thought it would based on the picture, and the wood is still rich but just not as dark (more brown than the black). The three drawers work perfectly for under garments and socks. I know that this piece is quite versatile and can work in just about any room of the home to add a touch of flair & elegance. I use the armoire for hanging shirts. There's ample room to hang 20-30 button down shirts, sort of touching each other. The pewter pulls are simple and elegant as well. It's easy to decorate with this piece, no matter the style, due to its classic style.
