“It appears that this bed would not all allow for a box spring, since the drawers would be in that space. It doesn't however state this on the description. Could you confirm if a box spring is required with this bed?” asked by Mishelle

"Hi Mishelle, The Kentwood Panel Bed comes with storage rails and if you use these when assembling the bed you will not need to use a box spring. However, if you prefer using a box spring with your mattress you can use the other set of rails that comes with the bed as well."

"Hello Alice, I can definitely help you with this! There are in fact drawers on both sides of the bed. The dimensions for the drawers are all the same and they are 21 inches wide, 15 inches deep (front to back) and 18 inches deep (top to bottom)."

Good Choice

I bought this bed along with a dresser for the master bedroom in my home. The headboard is tall, so keep that in mind though the dimensions look fine. No room for underbed storage, if that is needed, with this version. Looks better in person than online. Am very happy with the purchase.
