I bought this and I wasn't sure how I would like it, but I love it! Perfect for making me scones and pie crusts (they have to be rolled out to a specific amount of inches in diameter) Also I like that it gently sticks to the counter surface so it's not moving but not hard to remove from the counter either. It's easy to clean, just soap and water and the hand measurement conversions aren't a bad touch! I love it, used it 3 times this week (Cinnamon Chip scones, pie crust for a Red Pepper Goat Cheese Tart, and blueberry scones, YUM!) Pros: Easy to clean, good amount of measurement options, conversions of all types, and stays in place when using it. Cons: Wish they had the 7" diameter but it was easy to estimate.

I used my mat, for the first time, about a week ago. I was making whole wheat bread. This mat provides a surface. My bread dough stuck to this mat and I had to keep trying to unstick it. Also, the mat slide all over the place as I kneaded the dough. I had wiped the surface underneath the mat and let it dry, before place the Magic Dough mat down. I do like the measurement and conversions listed on the mat; that is a big plus. To keep it from sliding around, I will place a sugar container on one end and my flour container on the other end. I will keep using it.

I recently made a pie from scratch using this template/mat and found it to be very, very helpful. I used it to make a pizza, too. Dough sticks to the mat enough to roll it out, but not so much that it can't be removed neatly. A must for pie bakers.
