Surprise, Surprise, Surprise Once I understood how this pressure cooker worked I have had great success. This is the first time I have used a pressure cooker. When making soup or as I call it concoctions, the flavours of the vegetables are excellent. I will use my pressure cooker all the time now and set aside my stock pot. I had difficulties at first learning how to put the lid on properly. But now I have no problems. Can't wait to use it again. |

After 17 years... Heat it up fast then turn down the heat at pressure as instructed. Be sure the lid is on securely and not losing pressure. Experiment, try different items. Whole chicken cooks in about 12 to 15 minutes under pressure without water. Wonderful food cooks in half the time and tastes twice as good. Nothing loses flavor under pressure. You will love it like I do, worth every penny. |
