Sandra from Lakeland, FL	5.0 4/25/2013 very nice chair I hesitated about buying a recliner that needed assembly and let it sit in the living room several weeks before trying. It arrived in a huge box and getting it out turned out to be the hardest part. The instructions were easy to follow and each item was clearly identified on the work sheet the best part was that every bolt, nut, etc, was separated into little bubble packs on a cardboard backing and labeled, so there was no guess work. It is heavy, so an assembly assistant would have been nice but I (78 yo female) was able to do it alone. Chair is comfortable, mechanism works smoothly and color is true mocha, not the off- gold color on website. Very happy with chair and Wayfair. Was this helpful? Yes / No
