I'm very happy with the quality of the Lumex crutches. Also, they cost me less than the crutches I was buying locally.

They look great; way better than the usual institutional silver metal colour! These allowed me to try a very hilly disc golf course with minimal assistance on my spastic legs. Fabulous to be more independent than I would have been with just a cane. I'll try them at the Grand Canyon on holidays this Fall.

These are the best that I have used so far. I have been walking on these everyday for the past 5 years and this is my third set. Yes the arm cuffs get loose and wollow out the holes where they attach but the hand grips and the way you can adjust them well make up for that. As brutal as I am on these I am surprised that they last as long as they do.

I have used this product for over 25 years since I was first introduced to the ortho-ease grips when I was about 12 .

the ortho-ease grips were indeed different and I found them not to my liking, they taper from large to small, from the little finger to the thumb, backwards to my hand, and when I contacted lumex no replacement grips are available. otherwise sturdy and I liked the bronze finish but had to purchase another pair to get the standard grips I like
Just what I needed.

This item # actually contains 2 arm crutches, are easy to adjust and well constructed.
UNABLE TO USE

I purchased the crutches according to my height. When I attempted to use them, I found that the cuff landed at my elbo in the shortest position.
Very poor quality

Use day in and out - totally worn out after 1 year of use.

I pulled my hamstring and needed to move around to teach. I'm six five 240lb and want a crutch that I could use and feel safe with for a few months. So far so good. I like them quite a bit and I have started healing faster now that I am keeping the weight off my leg.
