I'm giving this set 5 stars, even though I won't actually get to use it until my vacation in November. My previous luggage set was a canvassy material and the upright suitcase got battered and filthy the first time it went through the airport baggage check and never looked new again. These pieces, which I ordered in the vivid red, are a sturdy vinyl/patent material that (I hope) will be very easy to wipe clean. The lining is pretty and a good quality. I liked the set so much that I went ahead and bought the matching 25" suitcase.
