Love it. Machine transports very easily. I am able to roll it from the parking lot to the court very easily. Machine is simple to set up. Triple Oscillation feature simulates game play, |

Could be better There are positive and negatives to this particular machine. I've owned a previous tennis ball machine so I have something to compare it to. It is very portable - nice and light and easy to transport. The support at Lobster was very good and I was able to speak to live people with my questions. They were helpful and nice on the phone. The machine works well and with this particular model you can adjust the controls to get the right depth, speed and height you're looking for. I initially ordered the Elite Grand 4 which is a higher end model with press button controls and preset programs. It was very difficult to control the height, speed and depth of the balls. The preset programs were not worth the extra money and I think the Elite 2 is better for what you really need. All the extra bells and whistles cost more but don't do much for your game. All you need is a reliable machine to deliver consistant balls with a oscillating horizontal control you can adjust to practice forehands and backhands and give you a good workout. One problem with the Elite 2 is you can't control the width of the balls on the oscillating horizontal setting. Some balls are delivered to the doubles ally which is useless when practicing forehands and backhands for your singles game. It needs a horizontal width control. Another problem is even though the hopper on the machine fits a lot of balls, when you roll the machine to the court balls roll out due to the angle needed to roll the machine. The machine also doesn't look like the picture advertised. The Elite 2 has no hubcaps on the wheels and the inside throwing wheels are a different color. Another problem is it costs a lot to return if you need to exchange or have a problem with your machine. I recommend you keep your box. Wayfair only carries Lobster machines so if you're not happy with your purchase there are no other options to choose from. Make sure you know you what you want before purchasing and you want a Lobster product. The people at Wayfair are very nice and helpful but unfortunately it took longer than stated to deliver the machine. Overall the Elite 2 seems like a good machine but I think it could be better. |

Nice looking tennis partner. Its a nice & sturdy machine. Defnently keeps you fit. I used only couple of times so far, I am satisfied with the purchase. I gave four star because of its price. |
