These couches are just wonderful! I love all the hidden nooks and features. They look beautiful, are super comfortable, and the material is super soft and still relatively easy to clean. My 19month old wiped banana on it within five minutes of delivery and it wiped right off. Two minor concerns: the reclining mechanism on the sofa is a bit sticky, you have to work a bit to get it to pop. We had ordered the optional heat and massage, but the plug shorted out within minutes and grew really really hot. I reported this to Wayfair and they are sending me a replacement plug. Hopefully that will solve the problem. However, the massage mechanism is really too weak to feel through the cushions, so I would recommend saving the extra [...].
