This set will be used to replace a similar unit at my church. The slide was a little difficult to snap in but after in, it's secure. Another reason for chosing this item it was made in the USA.

Service Review

Delivery was before expected date which was great. Driver called to set time for drop. Box and all contents arrived in great condition. I only used the customer service during ordering. My rep was excellent and resolved all questions.

I had to trim some of the plastic out of one of the mounting locations for one of the overhead pieces. It did not seat correctly and I almost didn't get the second screw inserted. Once I saw what was happening, I trimmed out the bad area and reseated the first screw, which allowed the second screw to fit as it should. Always look at molded items carefully before trying to assemble them.
