It is quite simple to emphasize the cottage’s light, airy, and pleasing style with all the available add-ons (deck, painted rail, chimney, etc). Let your child play host to their friends or practice their gardening skills with the wooden flower boxes beneath the working 14” x 21” windows. Customer is responsible to help unload the truck unless liftgate is ordered. The driver of the truck does not have to help unload. The individual pieces weigh 40-50 lbs for the smaller kits and 70-80 lbs for the larger kits. Note: This quality item is custom made for your order.
