VERY fast shipping. Great playhouse. Beautiful, high quality playhouse. It did take a bit longer to put together than the suggestion, but even without major carpentry skill, it was pretty self explanitory. |

Awesome Playhouse We bought this with high hopes, and it has lived up to them! It took me less that 5 hours to build (without shingles and painting), but thats pretty good considering how terrible other pre-made projects have been for me. It is great quality and will be something my daughters use for years to come. I just wish we had purchased the loft while we were at it. |

Instructions suck! The cottage itself was fine, but the instruction manual was horrible. The pictures were of such poor quality that it was often nigh impossible to see what was being very poorly described. Zooming in on them to attempt to see a certain feature was a complete waste of time. As far as the descriptions of each step goes, they seemed to have been written for someone who has already assembled one of these and they just needed to know what the next step was. Not enough detail was given at each step to fully describe what needed to be done. Just simply saying "put up the shutters", or "put on the drip edge",etc.,(and not even include a close-up of the object in question) is a complete waste of time. I spent almost as much time trying to figure out what the instructions wanted me to do, than I did building the [*] thing. |
