Product is sturdy, and my grandson is quite happy about it. Service Review It took about 2-3 weeks to receive the order, but I was getting an update via email on the progress_a great customer service! Mama_Gallina from NYC, NY	2.0 6/29/2011 No screws I got this bed for my second child. The first I got had a heart and has been very good, nothing broke in 3 years even if there was jumping and rough playing. [...] When the bed arrived it didn't have a single screw to put it together!!! Fortunately we had a sample from the other bed to run to the hardware store with. On top of everything the marked whole to screw it together where not in the popper places, therefore my husband had to do some drilling and adjusting to make it fit together. =(At the end is a good bed but it missed a lot of attention to detail.
