Little Colorado 40" H Traditional Child's Bookcase - 65

I bought it for my baby girl who just started roaming aroung. Thought it would be good for her to interact with books around a cute bookshelf. It fulfill this purpose quite well with two alternations: First, by taking off the backboard, which is not actually solid wood material and gives out a stronger smell, so I had to get rid of it to put it into the room asap, Fortunately, it didn't take long to conduct so. Second, without using the special tool kit that provides with the shelf to hold it to the wall, the bookshelf is not as stable as I expected for a baby to pull herself to stand and play with it. Though this should not be a porblem for OLD KIDS. I give a four star overall for so far I like it, and so does my baby.

I picked the Oak finish and It did have a smell when I took it out of the box, so I would leave it out to air out before placing in childs room. Besides that the bookcase is so cute!!! and easy for my 2 yr. old to reach her books.

We needed a bookshelf to accommodate all of our childrens books, and this fit the bill. Great size for our 3-year-olds bedroom. She has a toddler bed and this sits next to it very nicely.

Having a bookcase arrive assembled was a rare treat. It was well packaged and no blemishes were evident.

This bookcases measurements are listed as 40 x 23 x 12, but actual measurements are 39.25 x 21 x 10.5. It is cute and looks pretty sturdy. It has a strong paint odor. Order processing took a week. Delivery took 3 days.

My 5 year old daughter uses this in her room for her bookcase. It is a little smaller than I had hoped but is otherwise quite good quality.

Really love the look. The best part is my 3.5 year old can pick her own books.

I purchased this bookcase for my soon to be born babygirls room.. It fits perfectly and already came assembled.. I purchased the wood one and paid to have it painted white through the website... instead of getting the mdf one.. only con to that was the smell of the paint once it arrived... it was kind of strong, but its fine now.. as long as you have time for it to air out, you'll be fine... Its a great product!

It is hard to find a reasonably priced solid wood childs bookshelf. This was a great find. A little on the small side so just be sure to check out the measurements to make it works for you. Otherwise, it's great and super cute!

great service and delivery

The product is beautiful and matches our nursery very well. It was nice to find an ivory bookshelf -- few companies seem to carry side pieces of furniture in anything other than white. Construction was good except for a slight gap in the way one shelf fits into the left side of the bookcase.
